At the Dentist...

Yesterday, the kids had a scheduled visit with the dentist.  Logan went first and I could hear him and the hygienist having a good conversation from the waiting room.  I could hear laughter and a few "get out of here's" from the hygienist, so as always with Logan I was curious!  When she came out to give me a report about his teeth, I also got a report on what was said. Many of the stories were cute, a few were tall tales, but one in particular stood out...

She had asked Logan if he liked spider man, well anyone who knows Logan knows he loves superheroes of all variety's, and he answers her with, "Yes, I like Spider man a little." (demonstrating with his fingers a little). But, he continues, "I love JESUS alot!!" (demonstrating by spreading his arms wide open!)

Love the heart of that little boy!

We also spent the end of that day at our first Pack Meeting...Dilon got his wolf, 2 arrow points, and a belt loop!  He has been working so hard!  Proud of him and all my kids!

Good Times in Georgia

As a family we love Georgia!  We always look so forward to going back and seeing family and friends, and visiting some of our favortie places!

This summer when we visited we had such a great time.  We were able to take the kids to some very fun places and to visit family! We loved it!
My Mom has the largest supply of lincoln logs and Matt and Dilon built this huge tower!

Swimming at Ms. Paula's!  She was Dilon's favorite speech teacher and still is! We love her!

No we did not put the kids in a cage, just visiting the local Bear Hollow "zoo".

Jessica and Lucas joined us!
It had been forever since we had visited Stone Mountain Park and went to the laser show.  The show has come along way in the 15 years or maybe more since I had been, but it was still a wonderful time like I had remembered!  Glad we got to take the kids!

We had also planned to go tubing in the mountains in the little town of Helen, GA.  Unless it was thundering and lighting we figured we would be good- rain couldn't of stopped us as hot as it had been.  We just never planned on having the coldest day in months on the day we were jumping into cold mountain water.  My car thermometer literally read 68 degrees at noon!  The temperature had not been below 90 degrees in forever. I was not getting in that water with air temperature that cold, and with no sunshine. No Way!!

So, we headed on over to Mamaw's for lunch and delicious pound cake. We had a great time and caught some good pictures as well.  Don't miss the one with four generations of girls!

Four Generations!  Pretty Cool!

We also went to Matt's mom's house, but because I forgot my charger for my camera we do not have any pics from while we were there!  But, I can tell you we spent alot of time fishing, swimming, and tractor riding!!  Fun for all!
